Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
- Load/unload shipments with meticulous attention to inventory accuracy
- Maintain organized warehouse zones and implement FIFO protocols
- Conduct daily equipment safety checks and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Utilize warehouse management systems for real-time inventory tracking
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and inventory software familiarity
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid California driver's license (if operating vehicles)
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours in varied conditions
