Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records through WMS system updates
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Organize and maintain clean, safe storage areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and perform daily equipment checks
- Assist in cycle counts and physical inventory processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year material handling or warehouse experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if needed
