Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, sort, and distribute materials using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized storage areas with proper labeling and documentation
- Conduct daily inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow processes
- Prepare shipments for delivery with proper packaging and labeling
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficient in using RF scanning technology and inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
