Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Inspect materials for damage and maintain accurate inventory records
- Operate warehouse equipment safely following OSHA guidelines
- Organize and store materials in designated areas using FIFO methods
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Maintain clean and organized workstations throughout the facility
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain during training)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid California driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Background check and pre-employment drug screen required
