Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and organize incoming materials using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory within warehouse facilities
- Maintain organized storage systems and optimize warehouse space utilization
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure data accuracy
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to meet daily operational targets
- Prepare and label outgoing shipments according to company standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
