Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage, documenting discrepancies
- Maintain organized storage areas with precise inventory tracking systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production and shipping schedules
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA standards, and company policies
- Operate warehouse equipment including scanners and RF guns for inventory management
- Conduct routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid California driver's license required
- Background check and drug screen clearance
- Spanish bilingual skills a plus
