Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, store, and distribute materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies with ERP systems
- Maintain strict safety protocols and compliance with OSHA regulations
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, scanners) with precision and care
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize material flow and minimize downtime
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for shipping/receiving processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Proven commitment to safety standards and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
