Responsibilities
- Unload, verify, and stage incoming shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to move materials
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy for customer shipments
- Maintain organized inventory storage and conduct cycle counts
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow
- Complete paperwork and update inventory management systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and standing for extended periods
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
