Responsibilities
- Safely move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual techniques
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning systems and documentation
- Inspect equipment and report maintenance issues to supervisors
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking
- Support shipping/receiving processes and quality control checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
