Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials by hand or using material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack) to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Verify and record incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Organize stockpiles, pallets, and products in designated storage areas to optimize space and workflow efficiency.
- Perform daily cleaning and organization of the warehouse floor to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies, including proper lifting techniques and equipment operation.
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits as directed by the inventory control team.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve any discrepancies in stock or shipping issues promptly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training is provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Familiarity with basic computer operations and handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Valid forklift certification (Class A or B) is a plus.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
