Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and fulfillment
- Manage and mentor 10-15 warehouse staff with performance coaching
- Implement lean inventory management systems and cycle counts
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain safe working environments
- Optimize space utilization and workflow efficiency
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics
- Generate performance reports and KPI tracking
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory software
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid forklift certification
- Experience with OSHA safety protocols and audits
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
