Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates through performance coaching and training
- Implement safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards to maintain accident-free operations
- Optimize warehouse layouts and workflows to maximize efficiency and reduce costs
- Coordinate cross-functional departments to ensure seamless supply chain integration
- Conduct regular audits and report on KPIs including productivity and accuracy metrics
- Manage inventory control systems and implement cycle counting procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced logistics environments
- Proven track record of leading teams and improving operational efficiency
- OSHA certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Advanced proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory software
- Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with vendors and internal teams
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends as needed
