Responsibilities
- Efficiently move and organize inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Inspect and verify incoming/outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage
- Maintain clean and organized storage areas following 5S standards
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and per OSHA regulations
- Update inventory records using WMS systems and digital tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
- Proficient with warehouse management software
- Valid Louisiana driver's license
