Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and store raw materials and finished products using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning systems and manual documentation
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and discrepancies
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and adhere to OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Prepare orders for shipment and coordinate with logistics partners
- Uphold 5S standards for a clean, organized work environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
