Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, store, and distribute materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts in WMS systems
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and participate in preventative maintenance
- Support receiving, picking, and shipping processes to meet daily targets
- Train on new technologies and processes to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with experience in inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
