Responsibilities
- Load/unload trucks and sort incoming materials using forklifts/pallet jacks
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and maintain accurate inventory records
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Maintain clean, organized storage areas following OSHA guidelines
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Support shipping/receiving operations during peak periods
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Reliable transportation and flexible schedule availability
