Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, store, and manage inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Inspect materials for damage and maintain accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency and space utilization
- Support receiving, sorting, and packaging processes as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification and ability to operate industrial equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
