Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Prepare outbound orders for shipment with proper labeling and documentation
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience required
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Proficient with RF scanners and basic inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including occasional weekends
