Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Verify inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Maintain organized storage areas with FIFO rotation and proper labeling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production timelines
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Operate warehouse management systems for real-time inventory tracking
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 6+ months of warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic computer literacy with WMS experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
