Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment to ensure operational safety and compliance
- Accurately document inventory movements using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize storage and retrieval processes
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA and company safety protocols
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure data accuracy
- Support receiving and shipping operations to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification required
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and work in varied temperatures
- Basic computer skills for inventory documentation
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
