Responsibilities
- Safely move materials and products throughout the facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Load/unload shipments with precision and efficiency while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing goods and report discrepancies
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement proper stacking protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety guidelines and company procedures
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
