Responsibilities
- Safely move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment daily to ensure operational readiness
- Accurately track inventory counts and update warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Prepare and organize shipments for timely delivery
- Assist in warehouse organization and space utilization
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
