Responsibilities
- Safely move, store, and organize inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Operate warehouse equipment including scanners, conveyors, and automated systems
- Maintain accurate inventory records through WMS software and cycle counting
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize loading/unloading processes
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Support shipping/receiving documentation and label verification
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Proficiency with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math proficiency for inventory reconciliation
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
