Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment to ensure safety and functionality
- Manage inventory through scanning, counting, and data entry systems
- Organize and store materials in designated areas following FIFO principles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Prepare shipments and maintain accurate shipping documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficient with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends as needed
- Basic math and communication skills
