Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move products
- Manage inventory accuracy through systematic stock rotation and cycle counts
- Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment for operational safety
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams for timely order fulfillment
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking inventory
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy with inventory software experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
