Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and accuracy against purchase orders
- Maintain organized inventory storage systems with precise labeling protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, conveyors) per safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA regulations and company safety policies at all times
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred
