Responsibilities
- Efficiently move materials and products within warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage; maintain detailed inventory records
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize material handling workflows
- Prepare and stage outbound shipments for timely delivery
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
