Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload raw materials and finished goods using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse documentation
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and adhere to OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Implement lean principles to optimize material flow and minimize waste
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Maintain clean and organized work areas in compliance with safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if needed
