Responsibilities
- Efficiently move materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual methods
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure operational safety
- Accurately track inventory using WMS systems and barcode scanners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Prepare and pack shipments for outbound delivery
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Preferable experience with WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
