Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move products throughout the facility
- Load/unload shipments with precision while adhering to safety protocols and inventory procedures
- Perform inventory counts, audits, and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock records
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors immediately
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and follow all OSHA safety guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production and shipping targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
