Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping activities
- Train and mentor warehouse staff on safety protocols and operational procedures
- Optimize inventory accuracy through cycle counting and system audits
- Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies
- Manage team performance through scheduling, coaching, and performance reviews

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in logistics preferred
- 1+ years warehouse experience or leadership role
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain during training
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency with WMS systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license
