Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload raw materials and finished products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual techniques
- Accurately track inventory using barcode scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize material flow and minimize downtime
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
- Adhere to strict quality control protocols for all handling procedures
- Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with experience in inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
