Responsibilities
- Efficiently move and organize raw materials, finished goods, and equipment using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain accurate inventory records through RF scanning systems and cycle counting
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflow
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain 5S compliance standards
- Operate warehouse automation systems including conveyors and AS/RS
- Train junior staff on material handling best practices and safety procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
