Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely
- Prepare and pack orders for shipment with accuracy
- Maintain organized inventory records and reporting systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits regularly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Proficient with inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
