Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials throughout the facility
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for outbound delivery with precision
- Maintain accurate inventory records through WMS system updates
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficient with RF scanning technology and inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
