Responsibilities
- Load/unload materials from trucks, pallets, and shelves using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Move materials to production lines, storage areas, and shipping docks
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and documentation
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies
- Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license preferred
