Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials throughout the facility
- Accurately scan and record inventory using RF scanning technology
- Pick, pack, and stage customer orders with precision and efficiency
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following 5S principles
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
