Responsibilities
- Efficiently move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Accurately count, sort, and organize inventory in accordance with company standards
- Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized workstations while adhering to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Prepare and maintain shipping/receiving documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
