Responsibilities
- Load & Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and trailers using appropriate equipment and safety protocols.
- Inventory Management: Utilize RF scanners to track inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.
- Packaging: Prepare and package products securely for shipping and distribution.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely.
- 5S Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Documentation: Accurately complete daily logs and shipping paperwork.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic math skills and ability to read labels and barcodes.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work various shifts.
- License: Forklift certification (if available, preferred).
