Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload materials from trucks and conveyor systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
- Inspect and maintain inventory accuracy through systematic tracking
- Organize warehouse storage to optimize space utilization
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals
- Assist in shipping/receiving processes and documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency for inventory systems
