Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and organize incoming shipments with precision and efficiency
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and responsibly
- Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our digital tracking system
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Assist in loading outbound shipments for timely delivery
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-provided certification
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Reliable transportation to our Boston facility
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends
