Responsibilities
- Efficiently move materials within warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage; document discrepancies
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO rotation protocols
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company policies at all times
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with WMS or inventory software experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
