Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Accurately manage inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and maintain clean workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
