Responsibilities
- Efficiently move materials and products within warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage documentation
- Maintain inventory records using WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Operate warehouse equipment safely per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow
- Load/unload trucks and containers with proper securing techniques
- Participate in cycle counts and physical inventory audits
- Adhere to 5S and lean manufacturing principles
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
