Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, store, and distribute materials using RF scanners and pallet jacks
- Maintain organized inventory records and conduct cycle counts
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklift, pallet jacks) with proper certification
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
