Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload trucks using pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual lifting techniques
- Inspect and sort incoming/outgoing inventory for accuracy and damage
- Maintain organized warehouse storage systems following safety guidelines
- Operate material handling equipment with proper certification training
- Assist with inventory counts and documentation procedures
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (paid training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling
- Ability to work in fast-paced, temperature-controlled environments
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Industrial Park location
