Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to packing lists and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment including scanners, pallet jacks, and box sealers
- Inspect products for damage and verify inventory counts before shipment
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and warehouse areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Process returns and damaged goods according to company protocols
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and OSHA compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
