Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and store inventory using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Inspect and prepare materials for shipping/receiving while maintaining accurate documentation
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and adhere to OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and minimize downtime
- Maintain clean, organized, and compliant storage areas
- Conduct cycle counts and assist in inventory audits
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
