Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and ship temperature-controlled products according to strict protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory records and stock rotation systems
- Inspect products for quality compliance before packaging
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipment goals
- Adhere to all safety regulations in a refrigerated environment
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and work in cold environments (34°F-45°F)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Must be available for flexible shifts including weekends
