Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Verify inventory accuracy through systematic scanning processes
- Maintain organized staging areas for inbound/outbound products
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with team to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Document handling procedures and report equipment malfunctions
- Support inventory control through cycle counting activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays during peak seasons
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
